Self-Defense
Because of the emphasis it places on kicking techniques, Tae Kwon Do is perfect for self-defense. Our classes teach you how to recognize and handle unsafe situations. You’ll learn self-defense techniques to use against an attacker that can help you escape.
Fitness
Tae Kwon Do provides a way for you to stay fit both physically and mentally. Our classes give you a complete mind and body workout that helps improve your balance, coordination, strength and endurance.
Stress Relief
Our workouts also help to reduce your stress levels, which increases your overall mental fitness. We will teach you how to stay calm under pressure and how to increase your mental awareness.

We recommend you attend at least 2 classes a week but there is no limit on the number of classes you may attend. Students pay monthly tuition to train with us. While we have no contract, we find that students achieve most success with a continuous training program.
